Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and arrange a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotional items, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refunds within 10 business days.
